What Happened around 2004?
Recordings of transfers of Section 28, which is destined to become Sahaurita Highlands:
1) 1996: Owner Todd A. Otis transfers land to Fidelity National Title Company
2) 2004—Filing for Groundwater Replenishment District (ie Water Permit) for 153 lots.
3) April, 2005—Land is transferred from Red Point Development to Fidelity National Title
4) June 2005—Title is now in the hands of Pacific International Properties (with an undated Deed of Trust) from Red Point Development that was recorded in 2004....
5) Dec. 2005—Fidelity Title conveys the land to Canoa Development.
